This is fairly obvious, but older men basically are applauded when they are with younger women.
On a separate note, I was 15 when American Pie came out. I was naive, and I did not understand the pie scene, as I didn't really know what masturbing was!
From my experence, (I don't claim to be some casanova) women who have had a child have always been much better lovers. I have no idea why however this has been my experence.
Although I appreciate a budding flower a fully open rose is to me beautiful
I remember one woman bragging in a comment section about how she would wear a short shorts and her teenage sons were angry when his friends gave her attention. I don’t blame him at all.
I stayed slim and I never wore that type of stuff in front of my kids, friends. What is the point? When it’s time to be a mother you can’t just do everything you want like those filthy bad mom movies tell you. A family is a unit and everybody should answer to each other. You are supposed to get comfort from your family.
As a proud graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, I’m typically delighted to take my place alongside other UCB graduates such as Lillian Moller Gilbreth, Rube Goldberg, Joan Didion, and Beverly Cleary. Learning that the Golden Bears also gave birth to the phrase, “MILF”… well, at least the phrase will live on long after I’m dead and gone, as it and my work gather dust in the Bancroft Library.
And as much as 38 years old isn’t old and she is a very pretty lady, at 38 years old, your eggs are not as good anymore and a man can tell that physically. It’s not his fault if he doesn’t find her as attractive.
As an older woman, I accept this truth. We always blame men for their instinct. It’s not their fault that they are more attracted to youth. It is inside them and it’s never going to come out even after all the propaganda.
Lol or do we!? We certainly do. And we always have.
I think the very first MILF in popular culture was Anne Bancroft from the classic movie The Graduate.
I had that same thought years ago, after I first heard the term. If there ever was a MILF portrayal in a movie, that was it!
Ann Bancroft was 36 when she appeared in The Graduate
I often wondered. Now I know. Thanks for sharing!

This cracked me up. I think its endearing! Reclaim milf 🙏
Long live MILF! I remember it from the film but it really cemented in my brain with Mary Louise Parker’s strain of weed. Great article!
Your Article Made me Look up "MILF" Acronym. Nice Surprise. !
Ah yes, the old “hot mom” comedy schtick. Those were the days.
“Dude, your mom is hot!”
“Shut up, man!”
“Did she, like breast-feed you or anything?”
“She’s my MOM, man! Shut up!”
[fisticuffs erupt]
I enjoyed reading it a lot! Especially since some people see me as a milf as well, hahaha

Thanks! I love learning about word origins and this is a very interesting one.
